AI is here whether we like it or not. Will AI just accept every claim? Or will it deny claims just for the fun of it? Will we embrace AI or will we literally rage against the machine? Will it be good for us or will the sky fall in? What will Claims teams do with all their spare time? What will underwriters and brokers have to complain about once AI pays all the claims?
